Baby boomers are revolutionizing the world of work. Canadians born between 1946 and 1966 represent one-third of the country’s total population and will account for 41% of the labour force by 2011.

As an experienced worker you have no doubt begun thinking about retirement. But have you considered that if you are to retire at 55, you could be retired for as long as you have worked? Once the house is painted and you’ve taken that exotic trip, what else are you going to do?
